We are led by our founder, Emma. Experienced, enthusiastic & expert. Exactly who you need leading your project. Deeply experienced research, insight director and creative specialist (25+ years). Previous client experience: Starbucks, O2, MullenLowe, Shell, Grand Union Housing, William Grant, NHS, Diabetes UK & others.

Our Values.

We embrace sustainable values in all we do. All team members use renewable energy suppliers. We work with an eco consultant. And we plant a tree for every project worked on.

We think about the big, but never neglect the small details that make a difference to those who make it possible. We’re focused on wellbeing on the team, research participants, people we come in to contact with. We dedicated 2 hours of voluntary work per week within the local community. Each team member donates to local food banks.

We choose to manage our finances with a socially responsible bank, that operate safely and ethically. We also donate to four charities a year: Save The Children, Centre Point, Dogs Trust, and Young Lives Vs Cancer.
